Assessment - We can evaluate the training needs of a complete organization or a single user. The objective is to determine each user’s skill level, then help select the right software and class level to achieve organizational and individual goals. We recommend beginning with this procedure because it saves time and money.

Standard Classes
We offer a wide selection of classes at different skill levels. Our classes include providing each member with a customized training manual, specifically written in everyday language. It is important that all class members have reference materials that can be easily understood and continuously used for reinforcement of the concepts learned in class.

Tailored Classes
In some instances, the best, most cost-effective way to meet your organization’s needs is to modify a standard class. This makes training directly relevant to how each program is being used in your workplace.

Customized Programs
Not all work environments-nor all concerns-lend themselves to standard or tailored classes. For special needs or in-depth focus on a particular topic, the solution is to design a customized instructional program. We can provide customized instruction for any type of software and type of organization.
